Eligibility for Returns/Replacements

1. Required Documentation:

   • Please record a product unboxing video and share it with us on WhatsApp at +91-9487894459 for claims related to damage or wrong items.
   • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.

2. Acceptable Scenarios for Returns/Replacements:

   • Defective items
   • Issues with quality or size (Gift Products)
   • Items damaged during delivery
   • Missing products
   • Wrong items delivered

3. Conditions for Returns:

   • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
   • Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
   • Returns/Replacements are limited to the quantity invoiced.

4. Exemptions:

   • Non-returnable items include:

     • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
     • Intimate or sanitary goods
     • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids/gases
     • Gift cards and downloadable software products
     • Some health and personal care items

   • Personalized Products:
     These items are non-returnable unless delivered defective, damaged, or different from the ordered product. In such cases, a full refund or one-time free replacement will be provided.

Refund Process

1. Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few days.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
